Heard Mrs. S. Annapurna for petitioner and Mr. Eshwar, Assistant Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 5. 2.
Petitioner challenges the communication Lr.No.417/ AEE/ camp dated 21.11.2016 as illegal and without jurisdiction. 3.
The respondents filed counter affidavit opposing the writ petition in all force.

After perusing the material available on record, I am of the view that liberty can be given to petitioner to submit explanation together with supporting documents to the fifth respondent and the fifth conducts enquiry and takes a decision as is warranted in the facts and circumstances of the case. The petitioner can also be given liberty to work out the remedies against communication dated 20.12.2016 of Tahsildar, Mirayalaguda independently. The writ petition is disposed of by this order:
Petitioner is given two (2) weeks time from the date of receipt of copy of this order to submit explanation to the fifth respondent. The fifth respondent is directed to conduct enquiry, afford opportunity to petitioner and take decision as is warranted in the facts and circumstances of the case, as expeditiously as possible. Till a decision is taken and communicated, status quo as regards the physical features as on date is directed to be maintained. As a sequel,
the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
