Sri N. Subba Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the present Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous for the reason the suit itself was disposed of. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Revision shall stand closed.
