The case of the petitioner is that the respondents are trying to dispossess him from his lands admeasuring Ac.2-21 cents, Ac.0-27 cents, Ac.2-02 cents and Ac.1-56 cents in Sy.Nos 367/1, 367/2 and 360/2 and Sy.No.365/1 respectively, situated at Basaladoddi Village, Peddakadubur Mandal, Kurnool District under the guise of construction of irrigation canal without following due process of law.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue basing on instructions submits that the respondents will follow due process of law before taking any action in respect of subject lands.
Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject lands without following due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
