THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CONTEMPT CASE No.3160 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case, under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, is filed to summon the respondent before this Court and punish him for wilfully and deliberately disobeying the order, dated 05.11.2018, passed in Criminal Petition No.10006 of 2018 by this Court.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that A-1 and A-3 were arrested and nothing survives for adjudication in this Contempt Case.

Recording the said submission, further proceedings in the Contempt Case are terminated and the Contempt Case is closed. 4.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
