This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed questioning the entertainment of securitisation application filed by respondent Nos.1 and 2 before the Debt Recovery Tribunal at Visakhapatnam.

After arguing the case, Mr.N.Siva Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with liberty to his clients to avail appropriate legal remedies.

The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioners is accepted and the Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP.No.7367 of 2017, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
