This Writ Petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners in Crime No.236 of 2016, dated 08.11.2016 before the third and fourth respondents. When the case is called, learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to move the appropriate Criminal Court. Granting liberty, as sought for, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
