HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P. No. 21470 of 2002 O R D E R:- Sri. B. Mayur Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for A.P. State Road Transport Corporation appearing on behalf of the respondents, submits that in pursuance of the interim order dated 28.10.2002 in W.P.M.P.No. 26780 of 2002 passed by this Court, the petitioner has been appointed, as such, the cause in this writ petition no longer survives and the matter has become infructuous.

In view the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
