Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Services-II appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5 and Sri B.Narasimha Sarma, learned counsel, for 5th respondent. 2.

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had given a representation on 05-06-2018 to 4th respondent in relation to payment of arrears of salary and increments and also pay fixation and the 4th respondent has not taken action thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Services-II appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5 states that the 4th respondent will dispose of the said representation within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 4th respondent to dispose of the said representation within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs. 5.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
