Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4.

2. Petitioners have approached 2nd respondent by way of representation 26-03-2016 which was received by 2nd respondent on 28-03-2016 seeking amendment of revenue records in respect of the subject land. Petitioners contend that the said application is not being considered by 2nd respondent.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue states that 2nd respondent will consider the said representation and pass orders thereon within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the said order to the petitioner. 4.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent and pass orders thereon within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the said order to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
