HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.43200 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in conducting the auction of the lease hold rights for agricultural lands of the 4th respondent temple without issuing any notice to the cultivating tenants and without completing the tenancy period, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel for the 4th respondent would submit that the petitioner has become the highest bidder in the auction conducted on 29.11.2018 and hence nothing survives for adjudication.

Recording the same, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
