Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj, appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2, Sri M.S.R. Chandra Murthy, learned counsel for respondent Nos.3 and 4 and Sri K.K.Durga Prasad, learned counsel for 5th respondent.

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had given a representation on 30-10-2018 to 4th respondent to appoint him as Junior Mate in Komatikunta Gram Panchayat, Gopalapuram Mandal, West Godavari District, by considering Circular dt.11-10-2018 issued by the 2nd respondent and that the 4th respondent has not passed any orders thereon.

Sri M.S.R. Chandra Murthy, learned counsel for respondent Nos.3 and 4, states that the 4th respondent will dispose of the said representation within six weeks after taking into account the Circular dt.11-10-2018 issued by the 2nd respondent. 4.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 4th respondent to dispose of the said representation within six weeks after taking into account the Circular dt.11-10-2018 issued by the 2nd respondent. No costs.
