Heard both sides.

Taking into consideration of the fact that the petitioner got two children and being a lonely female it is difficult for her to attend the Court on every adjournment, O.P.No.322 of 2017 pending on the file of the Principal District Judge, Krishna at Machilipatnam, is withdrawn and transferred to Judge, Family Court, Rajahmundry. The Judge, Family Court, Rajahmundry, shall not insist the personal appearance if representing through advocate appointed under Section 13 of the Family Courts Act, if any, but for reconciliation and for giving of evidence.

Accordingly and in the result, the transfer C.M.P is allowed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
