JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed by the petitioner in G.O.P.No.170/2013 feeling aggrieved by the order dated 17-12-2015 passed therein by the Family Court, SPSR Nellore District.

The Contempt Case is filed complaining of the alleged willful disobedience of order dated 16-6-2017 in CMAMP No.455/2017 in C.M.A.No.258/2017.

In the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, this Court has passed certain interim orders allowing the appellant to have visitation rights over the minor child. After the initial hiccups, both the parties appeared before the Court on 6-4-2018 in the Contempt Case and informed that they have sorted out all the differences between them. They also requested the Court to close the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal as well as the Contempt Case as settled out of the Court. Accordingly, a direction was given to the Registry to post the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal and the Contempt Case together.

Today, at the hearing, the learned Counsel for both the parties reported that the couple are living together happily along

with the minor child and that both the cases may be disposed of as infructuous.

Having regard to the facts of the case and the submissions of the learned Counsel for both the parties as noted above, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of as settled out of Court. Consequently, the Contempt Case is closed.
