THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.RAMALI NGESW ARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2 1 2 9 of 2 0 1 7 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the Order dt.22.03.2017 in W.P.M.P.No.7226 of 2017 in W.P.No.5913 of 2017, which is as follows:

" In the circumstances, it is open to the fourth respondent to inspect the area as it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that without obtaining permission from the forth respondent, building was constructed and retail out is being run. However, this Court cannot stop the activity of respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and the running of retail outset will be subject to further orders in the writ petition." Since a liberty was given to the fourth respondent and it was specifically stated that this Court cannot stop the activity of respondent Nos. 1 and 2, it cannot be alleged that any contempt was committed by respondent No.4.

Accordingly, this Contempt Case is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
