HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.43268 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 2 to 4 to initiate appropriate legal action against respondents 5 and 6 for occupying the government land to an extent of Acs.11.00 gts in Sy.No.6, which is an lake land, situated at Bandaramaram Village, Thungathurthy Mandal of Suryapet District.

When the matter is taken up and when this Court pointed out about the maintainability of the Writ Petition, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the same with a liberty to file Public Interest Litigation.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to agitate his grievance by way of Public Interest Litigation. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
