This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 11) of the Contempt of Courts Act lor non-implementation of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.2898a of 2()17 in W.P.No.2346O of 2017, dated 17.O7.2017.

Learned Government Pleader for Services - III submits that the petirioner worked as Motor Vehicle Inspector ;tt DTO Ofhce, Vikarabad and thereafter he is suspended from Off-rce. 3.

In vierv of the above submissions, the cause in the Contempt Case does not survive. Hence, no further adju<lication is required.

Accordingly, Contempt Case is closed. No costs . As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
