HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1190 of 2016 ORDER:
This revision is preferred challenging the docket order dated 21.04.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1794 of 2016 in C.C.No.915 of 2013 by the I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam, wherein the learned Magistrate issued N.B.W. against petitioners/A-2 to A-4.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted before this Court that the petitioners are ready to face the trial and they will not flee from the hands of justice.
Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and having perused the material available on record, this Court is of the view that the revision can be disposed of with the following directions: The petitioners/A-2 to A-4 are directed to surrender before the Court concerned on or before 16.06.2016 and file a petition to recall the warrants issued against them and on such petition being filed, the trial Court is directed to recall the warrants on the same day and further the petitioners are directed to appear before the Court concerned regularly.
Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this revision shall stand closed.
