HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2104 OF 2017 ORDER:

Learned Government Pleader for Education filed a memo along with the proceedings in Memo.No.724262/PS/A2/2017, dated 28.03.2018; wherein, at Para 16, it is mentioned that the Government, after careful examination of the entire matter and to avoid further legal complication in the matter, decided and ordered to implement the orders of the High Court, dated 02.06.2017, in Writ Petition No.24050 of 2005 and Writ Petition No.7551 of 2007, subject to outcome of the Writ Appeal Nos.1807 of 2017 and 412 of 2018. Learned Government Pleader has also filed the consequential proceedings of the Regional Joint Director of School Education, Guntur in Rc.No.1515/(A3)A1/2003, dated 29.03.2018, stating that as per the instructions of the Government as well as the Commissioner of School Education, A.P. Amaravathi, the approval of selection of Smt C.

Mahalakshmi, School Assistant (Maths) against her roaster Point No.01OC(W), made by the Staff Selection Committee is approved as per the orders dated 02.06.2017 in Writ Petition No.24050 of 2005 and Writ Petition No.7551 of 2007 of the High Court of A.P., Hyderabad subject to outcome of the Writ Appeal Nos.1807 of 2017 and 412 of 2018 filed by the Government before the High Court of A.P., Hyderabad.

In view of the aforesaid memo, and proceedings submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Education, the proceedings in the Contempt Case are hereby closed.
