HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.43214 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in not taking any action against the 3rd respondent and removing the illegal constructions made by him in an extent of 194 sq. yards part and parcel of dismantled house bearing D.No.5-67, situated at Ravirala Village, Maheswaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, without any permission, as illegal and arbitrary. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioners submitted a representation on 24.9.2018 to the 2nd respondent requesting to remove the illegal constructions made by the 3rd respondent in the subject premises, no action has been taken so far. Learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent, would submit that if the representation of the petitioners is still pending with the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent may be directed to pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to deal with the representation dated 24.09.2018, submitted by the petitioners seeking to remove the illegal constructions made by the 3rd respondent in the subject premises and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law as early as possible preferably within a period of four to six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after giving reasonable opporutnity of hearing to the petitiner and all concerned. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
