This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC seeking to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.157 of 2016 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Nuzveedu, Krishna District, and transfer the same to the Family Court, Rajahmundry, East Godavari District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition. To that effect, he also filed a letter in the Registry.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Transfer C.M.P. is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
