Heard Smt. G. Malathi, learned counsel for the petitioner-wife. 2.
Respondent-husband, though, served with notice, none appears for him.

The request made herein is to withdraw O.P. No.63 of 2016 from the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Narasaraopet and transfer the same to the file of Judge, Family Court-cum-IV Additional District Judge, Vijayawada. The request is based on the main ground that two sons born out of their wedlock have been prosecuting 7th class and 6th class respectively, at Vijayawada. She has been taking shelter at her parents house, and, therefore, it is difficult for her to travel to Narasaraopet, as such she makes a request to transfer O.P. to Court at Vijayawada from Narasaraopet court. 4.
Since there is no resistance from the respondent-husband and also keeping in view, the children of the petitioner are prosecuting studies at Vijayawada, it would be difficult for her to travel to Narasaraopet, the request made by the petitioner can be acceded to. 5.
Therefore, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. O.P. No.63 of 2016 pending on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Narasaraopet is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Judge, Family Court-cum-IV Addl. District Judge, Vijayawada. The transferee Court shall issue notices to both
parties on receipt of case bundle and dispose of O.P. in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition shall stand closed. ________________________ A.SHANKAR NARAYANA Dt. 17.04.2018 gbs
