Sri R.R.Kalyan, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the Writ Petition has become infructuous as the Revision filed by the petitioner has been disposed of.

Recording the said statement, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Interim order dated 21.12.2018 shall stand vacated. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
