This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the fourth respondent in interfering the digging activities in the petitioner's land in R.S.Nos.142/3,4,5,6, 143/2,3,4,5 in an extent of Ac.3.02 cents of Gannavaram village, Mandavalli Mandal, Krishna District, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the writ petition has become infructuous.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
