Learned counsel for petitioner submitted the pursuant to that directions of this Court, thought petitioner is continued in service, for limited period third respondent compelled petitioner to apply for earned leave. Direction issued by this Court is only to continue the petitioner in service beyond 30.11.2015 and petitioner is continued in service as stated by the learned counsel for petitioner. Whether, direction to petitioner to apply for earned leave is valid is a matter outside the scope of contempt proceedings. The petitioner can agitate such issue in the writ petition.
