This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the orders dated 02.08.2018 passed in I.A.No.507 of 2018 in I.A.No.447 of 2018 in O.S.No.59 of 2018 on the file of Junior Civil Judge Court, Pattikonda. 2.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that I.A.No.447 of 2018 filed under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 CPC is pending before the trial Court. He further submitted that the trial Court may be directed to dispose of I.A.No.447 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible. 3.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the learned Junior Civil Judge, Pattikonda, to dispose of I.A.No.447 of 2018 in O.S.No.59 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
