Though the matter was listed on 16.07.2015, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and therefore, the matter was directed to be posted on 24.07.2015 'for dismissal'. Even today also, when the matter is called in the morning and in the afternoon, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In view of the same, it is clear that the petitioner is not evincing any

interest in prosecuting the case.
