Sri B.S.Kartik and Prasad ESR, learned counsels for the petitioner submitted a letter in the Registry on 01.06.2017 seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition in view of the compromise entered between the petitioner and the respondents.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
