The petitioner complains against inaction in disposing of representation dated 29.08.2016 as illegal, arbitrary and refusing to exercise jurisdiction conferred on respondents by the A.P. Cooperative Societies Act, 1964.

I have perused the representation dated 29.08.2016.
Through the instant representation, the petitioner seeks conduct of elections to Sai Rajendra Weavers' Cooperative Society Limited. After perusing the request of petitioner, made in the representation dated 29.08.2106, I am satisfied the second respondent can be directed to dispose of representation dated 29.08.2016 in accordance with law within four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is given liberty to submit the representation along with copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
