Today, when the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of the Court that as against the action impugned in the present writ petition, petitioner herein has an alternative remedy of approaching the Grievance/Complaint Redressal Forum, a system created by the Respondents as per Clause 27 of the Unified Guidelines for Selection of LPG Distributors.

In view of the same, leaving it open to the petitioner to file appropriate complaint before the Grievance/Complaint Redressal Forum within a period of (10) days from the date of receipt of this order for consideration of the same.

With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. It is also made clear that the Respondents shall not issue Letter of Intent in favour of any other person in respect of the subject outlet pending complaint before the Grievance/Complaint Redressal Forum.
