This Writ Petition is filed assailing the survey notice No.Ms/774/2018, dated 09.11.2018, 24.10.2018, 19.09.2018 & 04.09.2018, issued by the 5th respondent pending consideration of the petitioners'

representations dated 23.08.2018, 02.11.2018, 03.11.2018 & 17.11.2018 and consequently to suspend the same.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

It is the case of the petitioners that they claimed to be in possession of land in Sy.No.489 to an extent of Acs.6.01 cents, situated in Nallavelly Revenue Village, Yacharam Mandal, Ranga Reddy district, through sada sale deed and after purchase they have been cultivating the subject land. In this case it is to be seen that admittedly all the petitioners were issued notices by the 5th respondent for conducting survey in respect of subject land. If petitioners have any objections, they can file their objections at the time of survey, but they cannot stall the survey to be conducted.

In view of the same, I do not see any reason to entertain the Writ Petition and accordingly, the same is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. ___________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 29-11-2018 kvs
