THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2018 in/and Criminal Petition No.12824 of 2018 ORDER :

The petitioner is the accused in Cr.No.539 of 2017 of Jagadgirigutta Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 420, 493 and 313 IPC on report of the defacto-complainant-2nd respondent and police after investigation, filed chargesheet before the XXIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally at Miyapur, Cyberabad, and who took cognizance for the offences supra and allotted P.R.C.No.52 of 2017 and committed to the Court of Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy district at L.B.Nagar where the case was allotted S.C.No.225 of 2018. The petitioner/ accused and the defacto-complainant along with their counsel present before the Court and they stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably with the advice of elders and well wishers and sought permission vide I.A.Nos.

1 and 2 of 2018 to compromise the matter and compound the offences. In view of the compromise between the parties, the same is recorded and they are permitted to compound the offences. In the result, the I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2018 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing the proceedings against the petitioner/ accused in S.C.No.225 of 2018 on the file of the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy district at L.B.Nagar. The petitioner/ accused is acquitted and his bail bonds shall stand cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
