Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri A.Ravi Babu, learned counsel for the respondents.

It is not disputed that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the order dt.22-02-2013 in W.A.No.1048 of 2012 passed by this Court. Therefore for the reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also allowed and the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner for engagement on contract basis, if he is otherwise fit, within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
