HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE Ms. JUSTICE J.UMA DEVI Writ Petition No.43266 of 2018 Order: (per V.Ramasubramanian, J.) The 1st petitioner who falls short of the prescribed minimum age for appearing for NEET UG-2019 has come up with the above writ petition challenging the prescription.

2. Heard Mr. P.Amarender, learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The issue raised in this writ petition is covered by several decisions of this Court, couple of which were rendered by this very Bench, to which one of us (VRS, J.) was a party. Therefore, following the similar orders passed by this Court in Tekula Samhitha Reddy v. Union of India1 and Kandula Yamini Saraswathi v. Union of India2, this writ petition is dismissed. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
