This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, under Section 24 of CPC, is filed to withdraw E.A.No.903 of 2016 in E.P.No.280 of 2016 in O.S.No.1666 of 2012 pending on the file of V Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, and transfer the same to XXV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, to be tried along with O.S.No.208 of 2015. Having argued the matter for awhile, the learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to direct both the trial Courts to dispose of E.A.No.903 of 2016 in E.P.No.280 of 2016 in O.S.No.1666 of 2012 pending on the file of V Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad and O.S.No.208 of 2015 pending on the file of XXV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, as expeditiously as possible.

Acceding to the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, both the trial Courts i.e., learned V Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad and XXV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, are directed to dispose of E.A.No.903 of 2016 in E.P.No.280 of 2016 in O.S.No.1666 of 2012 and O.S.No.208 of 2015, pending before them, expeditiously.

With the above direction, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
