HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.4 3 4 2 3 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the Inspector of Police, Kurnool II Town Police Station, Kurnool District, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions read as under: - "It is submitted that the 5th respondent received credible information on 27.11.2018 that some galata is going on at Jerusalem Prayer Hall, H.No.40/ 36A, Bellary Road, Besides LIC Office, Kurnool, Kurnool District, to keep the peace, the 5th respondent deputed Blue Colts-IV consisting of one Police constable and one Home Guard to the place of incident and the said two persons were pacified the matter and directed the writ petitioner and the 6th respondent who is Pastor of the said Church to settle the issue in Civil Court.

It is submitted that except that the 5th respondent did not interfered/ involved in the civil dispute between the writ petitioner and the 6th respondent, the 5th respondent never called the writ petitioner and the 6th respondent to the Police Station.

It is submitted that the 5th respondent read the contents of the Writ Petition and deny all the allegations made in the Writ Petition. The writ petitioners are put to strict proof of the allegations. The writ petitioner is fully aware of the proceedings and filed this Writ Petition with false and baseless allegations."

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the said instructions furnished by the Inspector of Police, Kurnool II Town P.S., Kurnool District, with a further direction to the respondent-Police authorities to act strictly in accordance with law.
