This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dt.20.07.2017 in WP.MP.No.27225 of 2017 in W.P.No.22117 of 2017.

The Government Pleader for Services-II has placed before me proceedings No.A3/2744/2016-Pts dt.11.07.2019. 3.

Counsel for the petitioner states that the said proceedings indicate implementation of the above order passed by this Court. 4.

In this view of the matter, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
