THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE N.BALAYOGI CONTEMPT CASE No.2431 of 2017 ORDER: (per SK,J) This contempt case was instituted alleging wilful disobedience to the order dated 25.01.2017 passed by this Court in W.V.M.P.No.1467 of 2014 in W.P.M.P.No.15288 of 2014 in W.P.No.12153 of 2014. By the said order, this Court directed the authorities to extend the minimum time scale of pay to the respondents who are still in service as on date with effect from 20.07.2010, being the date on which G.O.Rt.No.384, Environment, Forests, Science & Technology (FOR.V) Department, dated 20.07.2010 was issued. Proceedings dated 22.01.

2018 of the Divisional Forest Officer, Srikakulam, are placed on record indicting that in compliance with the aforestated order, the ten respondents, who were still in service, were duly paid the amounts payable to them with effect from 20.07.2010 in keeping with the directions of this Court. The order therefore stands duly complied with. The contempt case is accordingly closed.
