This petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 29.01.2016 passed in I.A.No.3636 of 2009 in A.S.No.249 of 2009 on the file of the II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. As per the office note, the First Appellate Court disposed of the appeal on 20.04.2017.

In view of the disposal of the appeal, the purpose of filing of the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
