This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 06.04.2016 passed in I.A.No.243 of 2015 in O.S.No.254 of 2010 on the file of III Additional Senior Civil Judge Court, Kakinada. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
