HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.43311 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not disposing the Appeal ROC No.B4/2192/2017 filed by the petitioner against the proceedings of the 3rd respondent making entries in 1-B Namuna and Adangal in favour of 4th respondent vide Katha No.38 in respect of land to an extent of Acs.3.07 cents in Sy.No.58/3A, Kadasinakuppam Village, Ramakuppam Mandal, Chittoor District as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

The only grievance of the petitioner is that the name of the petitioner is deleted from revenue records in respect of subject land, without any basis and without any reasons, as such, petitioner filed appeal before the 2nd respondent vide Appeal ROC No.B4/2192/2017.

In view of the same, since the appeal filed by the petitioner is stated to be pending before the 2nd respondent, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks fro the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the affected parties. Till

then, the 4th respondent shall not alienate the subject property in favour of third parties.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
