O R D E R

(Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This contempt case was instituted alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 27.04.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.18031 of 2017 in W.P.No.14561 of 2017. By the said order, this Court directed the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion to Super Time Scale-II subject to the result of the disciplinary proceedings within a time frame. While so, we are now informed by the learned Government Pleader for Services, Andhra Pradesh, that W.P.No.14561 of 2017 was dismissed as withdrawn at the behest of the petitioner therein on 08.02.2018.

In that view of the matter, this contempt case, which arises out of the interim order passed therein, no longer survives for consideration on merits and is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
