HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.2292 of 2017 ORDER:

The present Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act stating that the respondents have willfully and deliberately disobeyed the order dated 13.08.2015, passed by this Court in W.P.No.25514 of 2015, wherein the Court passed the following direction: " The petitioners seek implementation of allotment of house site to them in lieu of their house being acquired for the purpose of formation of road. The petitioners application is stated to be now under consideration by the second respondent and under letter dated 26.02.2005, the second respondent has already called for remarks from the Special Grade Deputy Collector and Revenue Divisional Officer, Rajendranagar, Ranga Reddy District. Hence, it is appropriate to direct the second respondent to consider the matter in the light of the reports and relevant records and pass appropriate orders expeditiously" . 2.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the order dated 13.08.2015, passed by this Court in W.P.No.25514 of 2015 has been complied with. The same is not disputed by Sri Jalli Kanakaiah, the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3.

In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the contempt case.

4.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

5.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. ____________________ C. PRAVEEN KUMAR, J 27.08.2018 vhb
