Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for GHMC.

Since this Court is not going into merits of the case, it may not be necessary to issue notice to the unofficial respondent. 3.
The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent Nos.1 to 4 in taking any action on the representations dated 30.10.2018 and 19.11.2018 made by the petitioner against respondent No.5 in accordance with law, as illegal and arbitrary.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though representations were made on 30.10.2018 and 19.11.2018 to the official respondents, bringing to their notice about the unauthorized constructions made by the unofficial respondent, till date no action has been taken. 5.
Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing authorities concerned to deal with the representations dated 30.10.2018 and 19.11.2018, made by the petitioner, seeking to demolish the unauthorized constructions in the subject property, made by the unofficial respondent, in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and the unofficial respondent, as early as possible. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
