ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the inaction of respondent Nos.1 and 2 in removing the roof top tower erected by respondent No.3, despite the order, dated 29.05.2015, of respondent No.1 cancelling the permission for erection of the tower by respondent No.3, at the premises bearing H.No.13-1-174/4/1, Snehapuri Colony, Moti Nagar, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, as illegal and arbitrary. At the hearing, Mr.Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned standing counsel for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2, placed before the Court, report of the Deputy Commissioner of the Corporation, wherein it is, inter alia, stated that removal of the tower will be undertaken after the Corporation's elections.

In the light of the above report, which is placed on record, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with the direction to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to remove the aforesaid tower on or before 29.02.2016. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.2594 of 2016 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
