Apparently, there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the 5th respondent. O.S.No.240 of 2017 is pending on the file of V Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad instituted by the father of petitioner. It is stated that petitioner and his father are in occupation of subject premises on the ground of status quo granted by the trial Court. Except alleging that there is threat of disconnection of power supply, no material is placed on record to show that as to why there is a threat of disconnection of power supply. More so, on 16.11.2018 the Assistant Divisional Engineer informed the petitioner that there will not be any disconnection. Thus, there is no cause to invoke jurisdiction of this Court.
