HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.43317 OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Corporation and Urban Development and learned Standing Counsel for GHMC.

2.

Since this Court is not going into merits of the case, it may not be necessary to issue notice to the unofficial respondents. 3.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent Nos.1 to 4 in taking any action against the illegal constructions made by respondent Nos.5 and 6, pursuant to the representation dated 24.10.2018, submitted by the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary. 4.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though a representation was made on 24.10.2018 to the 3rd respondent, bringing to his notice about the unauthorized constructions made by the unofficial respondents, till date no action has been taken. 5.

Learned Standing counsel would submit that the said representation would be considered in accordance with law, at the earliest.

6.

Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondents 1 to 4 to deal with the representation dated 24.10.2018, made by the petitioner, seeking to demolish the unauthorized constructions in the subject property, made by the unofficial respondents 5 and 6, in accordance with law, after hearing

the petitioner and the unofficial respondents, as early as possible. No costs.

6.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
