HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI CONTEMPT CASE No.2369 of 2017 ORDER: (Oral) (Per Suresh Kumar Kait, J) Learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has informed this Court that order dated 27.04.2015 passed in W.A.No.804 of 2007 has been complied, which is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In that view of the matter, no further orders need be passed in this contempt case and the same is accordingly closed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the contempt case, stand closed.
