The case of the petitioners is that the respondents are trying to dispossess and evict them from Plot Nos 227, 228, 230, 207, 801, 1277, 326, 1310, 676, 789, 875, 606 and respectively situated in Sy.No.193/2 of Nandamoori Nagar, Nandyala Municipality, Kurnool District without following due procedure.

A perusal of contents of writ affidavit goes to show that there is no common cause of action among the petitioners. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition and accordingly, the same is dismissed. However, this order will not preclude the petitioners in agitating the issue individually. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
