HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 6575 of 2016 O R D E R:- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for the respondents.

The petitioner was appointed as Fair Price Shop Dealer of Shop No.23 of Konagatupally Village, Hanwada Mandal, Mahabubnagar District. While so, on 27.07.2015 the Assistant Supply Officer, Mahabubnagar, and the Deputy Tahsildar (Enforcement), Hanwada, inspected the shop and found certain irregularities and submitted a report dated 27.07.2015.

Based on the said report, the 3rd respondent issued a show cause notice to the petitioner on 05.12.2015 calling upon him to explain the reasons for variation in the stocks, for which the petitioner submitted his explanation on 18.12.2015.

On 06.11.2015, the Joint Collector, Mahabubnagar, taking into consideration the report of the Assistant Supply Officer, Mahabubnagar Division, the proceedings of the Collector (CS), Mahabubnagar, and the explanation submitted by the petitioner to the show cause notice dated 28.09.2015 issued by the Collector (CS), also ordered for confiscation of the value of the seized stock into Government and imposed penalty of Rs.3,000/- on the petitioner. Thereafter, the 3rd

respondent suspended the authorization of the petitioner vide proceedings No.M/14314/2015 dated 16.01.2016. Challenging the same, the present writ petition is filed. The impugned order says that the authorization of the petitioner was suspended. The enquiry is pending before the 3rd respondent.

In the circumstances, the 3rd respondent is directed to complete the enquiry duly observing the principles of natural justice and pass final orders within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand dismissed.
