This writ petition is filed aggrieved by inaction of respondent No.2 in conducting survey of lands in Sy.Nos.34, 37 & 40, situated at Gachibowli Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of WP.No.4811 of 2011 and batch by its order dated 28-04-2016 and the same is not disputed by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the same, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of order dated 28-04-2016 passed by this Court in WP.No.4811 of 2011 and batch. There shall be no order as to costs.
